Phase 1 – Planning and Design

Representatives will work with you to coordinate the conversion of your existing audit and inspection methods and help organize your process to take full advantage of dynaQ. This may include creating or modifying audit protocols, loading users and other data, customizing dynaQ, identifying required outputs, etc. Additionally, an implementation schedule will be produced and project goals will be identified.

Phase 2 –Training and Pilot Testing

Training sessions teach staff to be self sufficient in the use and configuration of dynaQ. This includes training your IT staff on maintenance, identifying staff to administer the application, and training all users on dynaQ functions necessary for their role in the program.

Phase 3 – Program Set-up/Installation

Working closely with your IT staff, Kestrel's implementation team installs, configures, tests, and verifies dynaQ according to your IT requirements.


Phase 4 – Continued Support and Satisfaction

We continue to support and work with you after dynaQ has gone live. As your company adjusts and grows, so does dynaQ.
